		<description>Yeah, even working in a pro kitchen, you&#039;re always running out of spoons. Everything you didn&#039;t do with a knife, you did with a spoon. And you always ran out, and then you&#039;d steal spoons from the front of house (real silver!) and then they&#039;d run out and get pissed at you for stealing all their spoons.</description>

I noticed you writing about Baristas in the wild.. I just wanted to point you in the direction of strongtree coffee in Hudson NY.. It&#039;s a wonderful little town and in this town is some dude banging out amazing beans.. He roasts his own and has a wonderful selection.. 

There is a website too.. But it is some of the best espresso beans I have had.</description>
